-Cooking Instructions-

Fully Cooked Ribs – Heat and Enjoy!

Conventional Oven: Remove the rack from the bag and place in a baking pan. Loosely cover can with foil and bake 350°F for 30 minutes. Baste Ribs with extra sauce.*

Grill: Grill at medium heat until heated on both sides, about 7 minutes a side. Baste with extra sauce.

Microwave: Remove wrapping film. Cut slit in the top of the bag and microwave on HIGH power. Heat time: Approximately 7-9 minutes for 2.5 – 3 lb rack of ribs*

-*Heat times may vary. These ribs are fully cooked heat and enjoy.-

Kor-Bert Bone-in Ham

Half = 8-9 lbs / Whole 16-19 lbs

This ham is fully cooked. To heat, place in baking pan with 1 cup of water. Cover pan with foil and bake at 325°F. 10-12 minutes per pound until meat thermometer at center reads 135° F.

Kor-Bert Honey Glazed Ham

Half = 8-9 lbs / Whole 16-19 lbs

This ham is fully cooked. To heat, place in baking pan and cut 4 inch vent in top of foil. Bake at 325° F. for 1 hour. Turn heat down to 275°F. And cook approximately 1 hour more or until meat thermometer reads 125°F. at center.
